From the sons of a gentleman who stayed short-term:
“Please pass our thanks on to all the staff for looking after our father for three weeks. It’s not a coincidence that his health improved a lot whilst there.”

From the son of a lady Resident:
“I should be most grateful if you could convey to all the staff my thanks and that of the family for the care you have given to [ ] during her years at Coxbench. In the days when [ ] was more alert she always appreciated the care given to her and the meals which she enjoyed. We have been impressed by the cheerful welcome we have always received, the cleanliness of the Home and the variety of activities provided for the residents.”

From a family on the occasion of their mother/grandmother’s 100th birthday:
“We would just like to say how much we appreciate everything you did for us all on the 16th June and the care and kindness you always show to our mother.”

From the family of two sisters who stayed with us:
“Thank you very much for the excellent care you have given to all our family for the past fourteen years. Mum came to join you in 2001, and her sister in 2009. They both settled in well and enjoyed their time with you. They felt secure in the caring atmosphere of Coxbench Hall and both praised the staff highly. I have enjoyed joining in social activities with them and yourselves, and thank you all for making us feel so welcome.”

From the daughter of a lady resident:
“I would like to thank all the staff at Coxbench Hall for the excellent care received by my mother during her stay with you. Everyone who helped to look after mum treated her with kindness, respect and dignity. She said many times “I couldn’t be in a better place”. Please also pass on our thanks to the medical professionals for the way they dealt with mum’s health problems quickly and effectively.”

From the family of a gentleman resident:
From the son: “Thank you for looking after Dad so well and making his stay so happy and comfortable.”
From the grandchildren: “Thank you for all you did for Grandpa and making us feel so welcome when we visited.”

From the daughter of a resident:
“Thank you so much for looking out for mum. It's great that she is there among so many kind and stimulating people, and not stuck on her own somewhere where no one takes time for her."
