Great quality care relies on the high quality training and dedication of our Team. We provide all training and a comprehensive introduction programme for new team members, we also support you to attain your NVQ in Health and Social Care.
You should be rewarded well when you work well so in addition to paying above the Living Wage and being part of the Workplace Pension Scheme, we also offer bonuses such as NVQ bonus for having the relevant qualifications for your team role, attendance bonus and occupancy bonuses. We also reward our team for their length of service and give gifts throughout the year including celebrating your birthday with you.
We have an annual anniversary draw in November each year where each team member is entered into the draw according to the length of their service and someone wins a cash prize.
We work in partnership with Derby College to provide placements for apprenticeships this is usually in summer to commence in September in line with the academic year. For more information please get in touch with us or with the college.
