Respite or Short Term Stays
All respite and short term residential care stays are for a minimum of 7 nights. You may of course extend your stay by any number of days if you so wish.
£250 will secure your booking and we can reserve a room for you 8 weeks prior to your booking date. This is deducted from your first accommodation invoice.
STANDARD ROOM
£186 per day for the first 4 weeks
PREMIUM/DELUXE ROOM
£209 per day for the first 4 weeks
This price includes full room and food costs.
Long Term Stays
Looking for residential care longer than 4 weeks? We will apply a ‘held-over’ deposit of £1000. Towards the end of the first four weeks of a long-term or permanent stay, our Team will assess how dependent a resident is and the level of care they require. The dependency level will be discussed and the additional charges shown below.
Our room rates vary as our rooms are quite individual, as you would expect in a listed building.
Rooms are graded as Standard, Premium and Deluxe with rates between £1225 and £1400 for high dependency per week.
Dependency is a term used to describe the amount of care a resident needs. The dependency rate per week is £114.60 for High. This matches the Attendance Allowance rates paid by the Department of Work and Pensions.

We unfortunately do not provide Nursing Care.
Monthly accommodation fees are usually paid by standing order or bank transfer. We do accept cheques, cash and bank transfer.
