Our Home was last inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) on 29th January 2024 and the CQC Report was published on 23 April 2024 giving a good rating on all five standards and overall.

Extract from the summary:
We spoke with 3 people during the site visit and made calls to the relatives of 8 people on 7 March 2024. People, or their relatives, who we spoke with provided consistently positive feedback about Coxbench Hall. People felt safe in the home and knew who to talk to if they had any concerns. People were supported by staff who they knew. There were enough staff available to meet people’s needs. Staff were trained and assessed to be competent to support people safely. People told us staff were caring and treated them as individuals. People were supported to pursue hobbies of interest to them and maintain relationships with their friends and relatives. Staff supported people to make everyday choices.
