Coxbench Hall Raises £435 for the National Garden Scheme in 2025 🌼
We’re proud to share that Coxbench Hall has raised an incredible £435 so far in 2025 in support of the National Garden Scheme (NGS) — with £291 coming from our most recent garden opening alone.
This long-standing tradition of opening our gardens to the public is one that brings joy to our residents, families, staff, and visitors alike. In fact, we’ve been proudly supporting the NGS by hosting open garden events every year since 2012.
A Blooming Tradition 🌸
Set in the heart of the beautiful Derbyshire countryside, the gardens at Coxbench Hall are lovingly maintained and enjoyed by both residents and visitors all year round. Our annual open garden events offer a chance for the wider community to explore our grounds, enjoy homemade refreshments, and support a cause that makes a real difference.
The funds raised go directly to the National Garden Scheme, which supports vital nursing and health charities such as Macmillan Cancer Support, Marie Curie, Hospice UK, The Queen’s Nursing Institute and more.
We are incredibly grateful for everyone who has contributed — whether by visiting, donating, volunteering, or simply spreading the word. Every contribution helps to make these events a success and supports charities that are truly close to our hearts.

We were delighted to receive a personal thank-you message from our County Treasurer, Anne Wilkinson, who confirmed the total raised and shared her appreciation for our continued commitment to the charity:
